Delete Your QuivAR Account and Data
You can request deletion of your QuivAR account and all associated data at any time.
Delete Your Account From Within the App

Open QuivAR.

Go to Settings.

Tap Delete Account.

Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you have already uninstalled QuivAR, email us at support@quivar.app from the email address linked to your account (or include enough detail to identify your account). We will process your request and confirm once the deletion is complete.
What Data is Deleted

Your account and account identifiers (your QuivAR user ID; the email and name provided by Google or Apple sign-in)

Profile information (nickname, gender, date of birth)

Gameplay data (shot history, training sessions, competitions, achievements, experience, streaks, statistics, leaderboard entries)

Recovery codes
-
Push-notification token
What Data May Be Retained
Purchase records (receipts) are kept for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, but are de-identified — they are no longer linked to your account. They are retained for 7 years as required by law. Purchases themselves are processed by Google Play or the App Store — manage or request refunds through the respective store.
Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30days.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request.
