QuivAR LLC (“QuivAR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the QuivAR mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the App.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when using the App, including but not limited to:

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address

  • App usage statistics and interaction data

Camera Access and Augmented Reality Features

The QuivAR App requires access to your device’s camera to enable core functionality, including:

  • Scanning physical archery targets

  • Displaying augmented reality (AR) anatomy overlays

  • Visual target alignment and tracking

Camera access:

  • Is used only while actively using AR features

  • Is never used for background recording

  • Is not used for biometric identification

  • Is not sold or shared for advertising purposes

You may revoke camera access at any time through your device settings. Please note that disabling camera access may limit or prevent certain App features from functioning properly.
 

 

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

QuivAR may offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases that provide access to premium features or content.

  • Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  • QuivAR does not store full payment card information

  • Subscription status may be associated with your account to manage feature access

All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store.
 

 

Log Data

In the event of an error or crash, we may collect Log Data through third-party services. This data may include:

  • Device IP address

  • Device name

  • Operating system version

  • App configuration

  • Date and time of App usage

This information is used solely for troubleshooting and improving App performance.
 

 

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App does not directly use cookies. However, third-party services integrated into the App (such as analytics or crash reporting tools) may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information for improving their services.

QuivAR is operated from the United States but is available worldwide. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
 

 

Your Rights and Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time.

Because the App supports account creation, including Sign in with Apple, QuivAR provides a mechanism to delete your account directly within the App, without requiring you to contact support.

To delete your account and associated data:

  1. Navigate to the App “Settings” menu

  2. Select “Delete Account”

  3. Confirm your choice
     

Upon confirmation, your account and all associated personally identifiable information (including your email address and usage history) will be permanently deleted from our servers.

We may retain limited information only if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, security, or compliance obligations, and only to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

If you experience any issues deleting your account within the App, you may contact us for assistance.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
 

 

Changes to This Privacy Policy
